Our fleet is growing all the time and currently consists of the following boats:
Keelboats
Candola (Albin Ballad)
Candola is a 30 foot (9m) Albin Ballad from Sweden. The Albin Ballad is a fast, seaworthy cruiser-racer from the time when competitive racing boats actually made effective cruisers. The Ballad was designed by Rolf Magnusson, as a production version of his earlier very successful 'Joker' racing design. About 1,500 Ballads were built, and many have made long offshore passages, including at least one circumnavigation.
The Ballad hull is solid GRP, with lead ballast encapsulated into the keel. The deck is a GRP sandwich moulding, with a smooth inner skin forming the headlining. The mast is keel-stepped. Ballads are both fast for their size and seaworthy, and have a reputation for good, predictable handling. "Yachting Monthly" described her as ".... the hull is slim, well balanced and easily driven"
"Candola" (pronounced "Can – doo – lah") came to Indonesia from Singapore and has been sailed for many years in Jakarta Bay, to the Thousand Islands, and to Bali. She is a comfortable and well fitted out cruising boat.
Natasha (Maxi 77)
Natasha is one of the famous Swedish Maxi 7.7m boats designed by world champion and Olympic medalist yachtsman Pelle Peterson in the early 1970's. Since then about 3,900 have been produced and they are popular world wide.
As a learning boat, the Maxi 77 is close to perfect. Relatively light weight and short length for sailing "feel" and with lots of space combined with safe sailing. The Maxi 77 might be somewhat under-rigged but on the other hand this means that you will sail safe even when it is windy.

Dinghies
At our dinghy school we operate the following well known classes:
Optimist
As close as there is to a world "standard" boat for children to learn sailing. To quote from the International Optimist Association "The Optimist is, quite simply, the dinghy in which the young people of the world learn to sail. Sailed in over 110 countries by over 150,000 young people, it is the ONLY dinghy approved by the International Sailing Federation exclusively for sailors under 16 years of age. At the Athens Olympics over 60% of the skippers and 70% of the medal winning skippers were former Optimist sailors." (http://www.optiworld.org/)

Enterprise
The Enterprise is a 4 metre sailing dinghy with both mainsail and job. It is one of the largest classes in the world and this popularity is due to its excellent qualities both as a cruising and a two-hander racing boat. There are close to 23000 registered boats around the world, primarily in the UK.
The Enterprise Association Site says "The Enterprise is an active and exciting boat to sail and it is raced competitively almost everywhere….. Crew weight is not a crucial factor to success as is often the case with very light displacement boats and yet the Enterprise is light enough to be handled easily ashore. Enterprises are also very seaworthy." (http://www.sailenterprise.org.uk/)
OK Dinghy
Danish yacht designer Knud Olsen designed a light and fast single-handed sailing dinghy based on conventional plywood construction in 1957. The resulting design was named the O.K., using Knud Olsen's initials in reverse. The O.K. was intended as a preparation class for the Olympic Finn and it has followed its technical evolution ever since. The OK was elected as single hander for the Asian Games 1998. As a class the OK is still going strong with national and world championships held annually around the world. (http://www.okdia.org/)
Support Boats
Knot Alot (Weta 4.4m Trimaran)
Knot Alot is a New Zealand designed Weta 4.4m trimaran. The Weta gives alot and takes very little. The Weta is a versatile, fun to sail, easy to manage and very well built Trimaran that does a good job of keeping most sailors happy (we all know it is impossible to keep all sailors happy). A combination of stiff and lightweight fiberglass hulls, carbon beams and mast, a powerful sail plan along with great attention to detail make this one of the best new small sailboats to come out in years. Well balanced and easy to helm on all points of sail, the Weta is a great learn to sail boat that is easy to tack and has no boom to threaten your head. Take the Jib off to de-power in strong winds or to let the kids sail on their own. The roller furling screacher adds exhilarating downwind performance.
Knot Alot is used as for special dinghy and racing lessons and for special events such as racing regattas like the Porlasi Independence Regatta.
Speed Boats
At both ISCI and Pantai Mutiara reliable speed boats are always on hand to deal with any emergency or sailors in difficulty. The boats are regularly maintained and include all safety gear and first aid equipment. The boats' crews have many years experience in the operation of these important support boats.
